He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neible and Lydia Neible (Markins); his brother Carson Neible; his brother-in-law Jack Drerup; and his great grandchild Mina Grace Hettinga.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Neible (Payton); his daughters, Kristi Banta (Scott), Rebecca Barsness (Todd), Kim Hettinga (Brian) and Candace Krugman (John); his grandchildren, Nick Banta (Jaime), Katie Brood (Josh), Johnathan Barsness, Matt Banta (Kate), Jordan Banta (Kara), Josh Hettinga (Allie), Drew Barsness, Tim Hettinga (Kelsey), Joe Barsness, Cortney Krugman, Hudson Barsness, Caleb Krugman, Demond Barsness and De'Shawn Barsness; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Drerup, Sandra Ousley (Dan) and Sharon Lee Neible. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
