He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Suerth and Lorraine L. Suerth; and his brother-in-law Tom Krzemienski. He is survived by: his children, Milo Suerth and Azia Mason (Suerth); his stepdaughters, Hilary Olesen, Alexa Olesen and Amy Paulsen; his son-in-law Ryan Mason; his granddaughters, Maddux and Reagan "Reganite" Mason; his sisters, Johnna McWeeny and Merry Krzemienski; and his brother-in-law Phil McWeeny. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 2 nieces.
