He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Decker and Dorothy Decker; and his siblings, David, John, Michael and Barbara Ritchey.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Decker; his sons, Erik J. Decker (Sue), Aaron J. Decker (Ginger) and Andrew J. Decker; his grandchildren, Zachary Decker (Lauren) and Rochelle Decker; his stepgrandsons, Matt Baker (Amanda) and Paul Galloway; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Lillian and Madelyn; and his sisters, Eleanor Cook and Virginia Boggs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Covid restrictions will be enforced with social distancing and masks being required.
