She is survived by: her husband Robert Van Putten; her grandchildren, Laura Prins (Colin), Mallory Isabell (David) and Merideth Lembke (Peter); and her siblings, Gerry Walma, Mary Staven (Bob), Ruth Wyckoff (Mike) and Dan Van Houten.
