He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Rene'Kik; his mother Joyce Kik; his sisters, Julie Joppe (Dennis) and Kari Poppema (James); and his nephews, Alex Joppe (Jenna), Christopher Poppema (Allison) and Mitchell Poppema (Marika). He is also survived by his wife and children.
