He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Penney and Phoebe Penney (Whiteway); his wife Evelyn Penney (Bertini) of Moody Beach; his son William C. Penney Jr. of Lyman; his sister Violet Jerrett of Vicksburg, Mississippi; his grandsons, Scott Iritano (Carole) of York, Matthew Penney of North Reading, Mass., Gregory Penney (Larissa) of North Andover and Geoffrey Penney (Barbara) of Portland; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Iritano, Jaina Penney and Oliver Penney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
