He was predeceased by: his father Walter T. Chase of Waltham. He is survived by: his mother Mary V. Chase (Bettencourt) of York Beach; his sisters, Debbie Humes (Ray) of Somerville and Brenda True (John) of Holliston; his nieces and nephews, Michael, Noel, Leah, Jenifer, Andrea and Tommy; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan and Skylar; his fiancée Lori Carestia of York Beach; and his fiancée's children, Erica, Alicia and Joey.
