He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy F. Moulton and Laura Moulton (Winslow); and his sisters, Ruth Lowell, Edith Colcord and Lena Bright.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Gerry; his sons, Gary V. Moulton and Timothy A. Moulton (Gail A. Moulton); his grandson Dustin W. Mracek; and his daughters, Wendy (William Mracek) and Roxine (Robert Myshrall). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
