He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Chase and Hazel Chase (Moulton); his brothers, Arthur, Roger, Conrad, Gerald, Edward and Dennis; and his daughter Lisa.
He is survived by: his significant other Jacqueline Chase (Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his church where he was an active member for over 68 years.
