She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Leake and Phyllis L. Welch Leake. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Jane McBride; her grandchildren, Jada Taylor of Cleveland, TN. and Devin McBride of Cleveland, TN.; and her friends, Janice Ralston of Martha's Vineyard, MA and Dr. Shirley Wilson of Rochester, NH.
