He is survived by: his parent Margaret Tully (Sullivan); his sibling Eugene Tully of Wilmington; his sibling-in-law Judith Tully of Wilmington; his nieces and nephews, Karen Richardson of Tewksbury, Brian Tully of York, ME, John Tully of Wilmington, Mark Tully (Nancy) of Foxboro and Maura Puleo (Robert) of Chesterfield, VA.; and his aunt Margaret Tully.
