He is survived by: his mother Linda Fogg; his friend Russell Escobar; his wife Shari Reeder; his stepsons, Matthew Pratt Joe and Dylan; his stepmother Dineas; his siblings, Frank (Karen) and Julie (Thompson Higgins); his niece Sydney; and his nephews, Jake, Sam, Ryan and Finley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
