He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. and Elaine Williams Sr. (Hasty) of Ogunquit, Maine.. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his son Benjamin H. Williams (Kelly) of Epping, NH; and his brother James H. Williams (Meredith) of York, Maine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd Food Bank or to a charity of ones choice.
