He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelbert G. Sprague and Marguerite Sprague (Small). He is survived by: his wife Mieko Sprague (Nishida); his daughters, Ann F. Sprague of York, ME and Judith C. Sprague (Harold Knudsen) of Buxton, ME; his grandchildren, Zoey M. Keenan, Phoebe J. Keenan and Aiden J. Keenan; and also Joel Keenan.
