He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James F. Nelligan and Marian B. Nelligan (Kelley); his wife Barbara A. Nelligan (Binda); his sister Marian Littlefield; his nephews, Brian Levasseur (Faye), Michael LeMay and Jamie LeMay; his great-nieces, Erin Levasseur and Courtney LeMay; and his brothers-in-law, Louis Binda and Richard LeMay.
