Warner Jr. (York, Maine), born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry F. Warner Sr. and Mina Warner (Wilkinson); his wife Ginny; and his siblings, Virginia Allen, June Fernald, Barbara Otto, Lauretta Abbott, Samuel Warner and William Warner.

He is survived by: his son Henry F. "Mickey" Warner III (Ginny); his grandsons, William Woodward (Hannah) and Jonathan Woodward (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Lauren Woodward and Jason Woodward; his son Robert F. Warner (Andrea); his grandson Eric Warner (Serina); his great grandchild Wesley Warner; his son Ronald C. Warner (Kirsten); his grandchild Lindsay A. Warner Wagner (Brandon Wagner); his son Jonathan C. Warner (Amber); and his sister Linda Flowers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
