He was predeceased by: his son Eric Nye. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis C. Robinson; his children, Gregory Nye (Robyn), Joshua Nye (Jen) and Tara Nye Lewis (Tim); and his siblings, Richard E. Nye (Hanna) and Cheryl McKie (Robert). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
