He was predeceased by: his parents, David Flett and Margaret Flett (Taylor); his brother Robert Flett; and his daughters, Jennifer Phelan and Laura Phelan.
He is survived by: his children, Robert J. McCarron (Eva), Marion Benoit, Beth Spinosa (Frank), David Flett (Lisa), Nicole Galbadis (Steven), Francis Birch (Trista) and Danielle Phelan. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
