He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald J. Otis and Ada Otis (Hiscock); and his siblings, Stanley, Donald Otis and Marion Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Otis (Horgan); his daughters, Lorraine E. LoConte (Anthony) of Bradford, MA, Cynthia J. Hinman (E. J. Martino) of Wallingford, CT and Jennifer M. Otis of Merrimack, NH; his sisters, Pearl Hickey of Michigan and Carolyn Valentine (Robert) of Dracut, MA; his grandchildren, Thomas J. Hinman Jr., Alexandra N. LoConte and Jamie A. LoConte; and his sister Ruby Otis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
