He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Horace Briggs and Margaret Briggs; his child Jean; his wife Jean; his children, William (Martha) of Windham and Rebecca Bernier (Steve) of Bowdoinham; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Bernier (Kathi) of Topsham, Carrie Thomas (Matthew) of Bowdoin and Matthew Bernier (Janna) of Bowdoinham; his great grandchildren, Diahnna Bernier, Wesley, Eva Thomas, Lucas and Noah Bernier; his brother-in-law David Webster (Annie) of New Mexico; his sister Meg Worcester of Michigan; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Briggs of California; and his siblings, Jean Louise Briggs and Horace Briggs.
The family wants to thank the nurses and care givers from CHANS Hospice for their compassionate care and support Due to Covid 19 restrictions, the family plans a private memorial service at a future date.
