She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Lowe and Edith Lowe (Stowell); and her siblings, Ruth Lowe, Marion Bearce, Robert Lowe Sr., Richard Lowe Sr., Norman Lowe Sr. and Arthur Lowe. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, many grand nephews, grand nieces, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and at 5:00 PM.
