He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Ruggeri and Marie Ruggeri (Alizzi); his brother Gilbert Ruggeri; and his nephew Michael Ruggeri. He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Ruggeri-Koret (Robert) of Melrose; and his nieces, Natasha Ruggeri-Koret of Watertown, Kimberly Ruggeri of Watertown and Deborah Ruggeri of Maine.
