She was predeceased by: her husband Earle F. Cook Jr.; and her parents, Charles T. McAdams and Velma I. Young. She is survived by: her children, Brian R. Cook of Tucson, AZ, Cynthia C. Brown (Richard Davis) of Wiscasset, ME and Jeffrey A. Cook (Bonnie Cook) of Attleboro, MA.; her grandchildren, Austin Cook of Tucson, AZ, Nicholas Brown of Canton, MA, Lindsay Brown of Cambridge, MA, Robert Cook of Gorham, ME and Jennifer Garcia of London, UK; and her brother Charles McAdams of Harwich, MA.. She is also survived by her extended family and many dear friends.
