He is survived by: his children, Beth Foye of Pittston, ME, Matthew Foye of Pittston and Chad Foye (Kathryn) of Chelsea, ME; his grandchildren, Meghan Foye and Nathan Foye; and his sister Lois Foye of Wiscasset.
