She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Bäck and Gunnar Bäck; and her brother Anders Bäck. She is survived by: her husband Robert Brown; her daughters, Kristina Brown of Chelsea, Mass. and Lisa Brown (Jeff Honings) of Edgecomb, Maine; her grandsons, Fernando Viesca and Robert Viesca (Emilie); her great grandchildren, Charlie, Madeleine of Cambridge, Mass., Lucy Ameding of Uganda and Kerstin; and her friend Julia Ackerman of Whitefield, Maine..
