He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Frederick Chase; and his grandfather Joe. He is survived by: his mother Jeannette Chase (Breton) of Augusta; his wife Connie Chase of Wiscasset; his daughter Michelle Chase of West Virginia; his sisters, Joyce Dill (David) of Pittston, Judy Nason (Tom) of Winthrop and Janice Violette (James); and his grandchildren, Nicole and Hailey Hall of West Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
