He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Rines and Jeannette of Wiscasset; and his son-in-law Edward Wall. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Rines; his children, Kathleen Crownover (Matt), Gilbert Rines (LouAnn), Heidi Rines Wall of Wiscasset, Charles Rines (Pam Wentworth) and William Rines (Trisha Siegers); and his brother Steven Rines. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews plus many children/grandchildren.
