He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kingsbury and Marion Kingsbury (Thompson); his son Dennis; and his friend Sonny Bascom. He is survived by: his children, Denise Brooker (Mark), April Andrews (John), Candace Kingsbury (Mike Baker), Casey Kingsbury and Tammie Snow (Randy); and his daughter-in-law Maria Kingsbury. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
