Oxley and Justin Oxley (Nancy); his sister-in-law Shanna Oxley; his nieces and nephews, MacKenzie, Connor, Kaila and Mattis; and his grandparents, William Oxley (Joe Bud) and Richarda Maria Queener. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
