She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Carla Tibbetts. She is survived by: her husband Charles Cogswell of Windsor; her children, Tod (Tammy Tibbetts), Joseph Tibbetts of Dexter and Regina (Jeffery Hardy) of Palmyra; and her grandchildren, Kevin (Jessica Bassett), Heather (Scott Dobson), Billie Jo (John Moore), Alissa Tibbetts of Corinna and Parker (Cole Tibbetts). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild; sister-in-law Geraldine Mountain; several nieces and nephews.
