Observing COVID-19 guidelines, public visiting hours will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday Feb. 5th and from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday Feb. 6th at Plummer Funeral Home, 983 Ridge Road, Windsor ME. The funeral service will be private.
