She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rines and Linda Rines; and her grandson Jason. She is survived by: her children, Vicki O'Leary (James), Michael Simpson, Tamara Simpson and Kelley Anderson (Eric); and her grandchildren, Erica, Ethan, Chad, Sean, Ryan, Justin, Kati and Kaci. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and many other 'adopted' children and grandchildren.
Although she loved flowers, Rachel was always a generous supporter of rescue horses and requested donation be made instead to her memory to the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals, 279 River Road, Windham Maine 04062, or the Humane Society of your choice.
