He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Martinage and Marion Martinage; his brothers, Robert and Charles Martinage; and his grandson Paul J. Martinage.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte E. Martinage; his sisters, Judy MacDonald (James) and Ruthie Jackson; his children, Paul Martinage (Sandra), David, Michele Malcolmson (Mark), Nancy Martinage, Robert Martinage, Donna Davis (Gerald), James McAvinew (Carolyn), Susan Anderson and Carol McAvinew-Graham (Russell); and his close friend Douglas Judd. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
