He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Richards and Ivey Richards; and his sisters, Gin Beane, Geneva Lovell, Jackie Richards and Irene Melvin.
He is survived by: his wife Jodie Richards (Jewett); his son Michael Richards (Julie); his granddaughter Paige Richards (Timothy Haggerty); his great grandchild Taytum Violet; his grandson Derrike Richards (Kayla Gorman); and his siblings, Dennis Richard and Sherry Libby (Barry). He is also survived by his seven step children, and many grandchildren as well as great grandchildren.
He would attend every club event possible, giving rides for charity, fun days, and festivals.
