He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Malpass Allen; his son Thomas R. Allen; and his former wife Helen Leavitt Allen. He is survived by: his children, George T. Allen of Raymond, ME, Paul M. Allen of Dover, NH, Karen J. Peterson of Palmyra, VA and Elizabeth M. Fisher of Columbia, SC; and his children-in-law, Susan Allen, Lynn Allen, Kathy Allen and Jay Peterson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great children and 2 stepchildren.
