He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Vance; and his brother Donald E. Vance Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Joanne P. Lawrence Vance; his wife Judith H Vance; his daughters, Jenessa L. Feeney (John) and Jenelle W. Duffy (Matt); his grandchildren, Julia Feeney, Levi Feeney, Maddison Duffy and Maverick Duffy; his sisters, Julie Pennell (Wayne) and Susan Vance Lamb (Forest); his uncles, Ralph Vance (Diane) and Raymond Vance (Gerry); and his aunt Jeannie Emmons. He is also survived by Sisters-In-law, Brothers-In-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
