She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruel (Baxter) and Hazel Mae Orff, Sr. (Mayo); her husband Edgar; her siblings, Helen Toothaker (Rudolph), Mary Farnum (George) and Ruel "Rudy" Orff, Jr.; her sister-in-law Myrna; her daughter-in-law Sarah; and her great grandchild Alison Gilman.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Whinery (Jane) of Hampden and Rick Whinery (Sue) of Cypress, TX; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Sarah, Shawn, Ryan, Jared and Joshua; her brother Malcolm Orff of Wilton; her friend Barbara Black; and her sister-in-law Joyce Orff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
