Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maxine Black of Wilton, Maine, who passed away at the age of 94, on June 20, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rial Bubier and Sarah Bubier; her husband Henry George; her children, Iris Jane and Henry Charles; and her great grandchild Jonathan Michael LaBrecque.

She is survived by: her former husband Clarence Reed; her cousins, Alan and Judy Sawyer; her children, Carol, Christine Hall, David (Leslie Black), Jill (Kevin Hall), Joan Cook and Nancy (Alan Gove); and her brother Clarence (Lorraine "Rainey" Bubier). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 15 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in her name to the Wilton Free Public Library P.O. Box 454, Wilton Maine 04294.
