She is survived by: her children, Scott Welch (Florence) of Wilton, Alliston Welch (Linda) of Wilton, Keith Welch (Annette) of Jay and Cynthia Welch of Wilton; and her siblings, Clifford Chase Jr., Dwain Chase, Montris Chase Tyler and Shannon Chase Smith. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
