He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Cunningham (Glidden), Kathleen Cunningham (Wrigley), Linda Cunningham (Estes), Thomas Cunningham, Dorothy Cunningham (Shuman) and Ruth Cunningham; his wife Iva; his children, Kathy Lawler (James Smith) of Oakland, Kelly Dyer (David Dyer) of Sidney, Kenneth Cunningham III (Kristen Cunningham) of Lyman and Trisha Brown (Michael Brown) of Georgia; his grandson Kenny; and his great grandchild Heaven.
