He is survived by: his father Rutherford Scott; his wife Susan Fulton (Murphy); his children, Niki Fulton-Greenlaw (Mike), Joshua (JJ) and Holly Fulton Graves; his grandsons, Mark, Ethan and Sebastian; his daughter Julie Fulton Flewelling (Eric); his granddaughters, Amelia and Sophie; his siblings, Clinton Fulton (Sandra) and Karen Willingbring (Fulton); his brothers-in-law, Bob Murphy and Ronnie Gallop; and his nieces and nephews, Eric, Caleb, Dylan, David, Darren, Travis, Chad, Hannah, Chelsea, Ashley, Shanna and Heather. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
