He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Welch and Bertha Grant Welch; and his son Troy D. Welch Jr.. He is survived by: his son Jonathan Welch of Lyman; his grandchildren, Tru Milliard and Adrianna Sinclair; and his siblings, Paul Welch Jr. of Nitro, WV, Travis Welch of Alfred, Jeanie Kimmons of Rochester, NH and Bobbie Courtois of Saco. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks that attendees wear masks while in the building.
