He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chase and Ethelyn Chase (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Susan Chase (Knox); his sons, Colin (KJ), Tyler (Shelli) and Evan (Krista Nelson); his grandchildren, Jasmyne (Tyler Thach) and Kayleigh; his great grandchild Theo Van Thach; his former wife Sandy Middlesworth Rose; and also, Linda (Joe Barrett) and Pam Neptune. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Westbrook Warren Congregational Church (810 Main St, Westbrook, ME 04092). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Dolby, Blais & Segee - Westbrook Chapel (35 Church St, Westbrook, ME 04092). A reception was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Westbrook Warren Congregational Church (810 Main St, Westbrook, ME 04092).
