It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Anna Lowell of Westbrook, Maine, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Riggs and Eva Riggs (Holt); her daughters, Jeannette Tetrault (Peter) and Pat Harford (Don); her grandchildren, Scott Tetrault (Tina), Tom Gervais (Heather) and Dianna Sharron (Josh); her great grandchildren, Alex, Ale, Dylan, Bryce, Adelind and Parker; and her husband Rod.
