She was predeceased by: her father Percy Douglass; her husband James; and her stepdaughter Raenette. She is survived by: her mother Sybil Douglass (Turner); her children, Kelly Shaw (Vinnie) and James Mains Jr. (Courtney); her grandchildren, Audrey, Caroline Shaw, Grady and Maddyson Mains; and her siblings, Sarah (Ralph), Gerry, Larry (Terri), Rhonda (John), Pam (Donnie) and Greg (Mary). She is also survived by her grandparents, aunts and uncles.
