"Johnny" Maier (Martha) of Evansville, IN; his stepsons, Michael W. Smith of Porter, ME and Christopher J. Smith of Porter, ME; and his stepgrandchildren, Cody J. Smith of South Portland, ME and Bailey A. Smith of Porter, ME. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
