He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Merrithew. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Simard (Freddie) of Westbrook and Savannah Simard of South Portland; his grandchildren, Haylie, Dominic, Briana, Cameron and Keyana; and his siblings, Debbie Emerton (John) of Portland, Howard "Bubba" Turner (Rhenda) of York, Andrea Turner of Portland, Jeff Turner of Portland, Mark Turner of Portland and Lisa Morgan (Craig "Chet" Walker) of Gorham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
