He was predeceased by: his parents, Louville Libby and Rita Libby (Stanley); his former wife Judith Libby (Morse); and his brothers, Wayne, Denny and Ronnie.
He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Lachey; his children, Richard S. Libby II (Heidi) of Saco, Tracey Lizotte (Mike) of Saco and Michael Libby of Portland; his grandchildren, Luke, Andrew, Olivia, Wyatt Libby of Saco, Megan of Saco, Evan Russell of Saco, Jillian of Saco, Emma of Saco, Abby of Saco and Lydia Lizotte of Saco; and his siblings, Larry Libby of Portland and Donna Butts (John) of Scarborough.
