He is survived by: his children, Charles (Maureen), Teresa Chabot of Westbrook, Mary (Gregory Penk) of Westbrook and Anne Marie (Brent Poulin) of Scarborough; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Chabot, Richard, Andrew Penk, Margaret and Samuel Poulin; and his sister Patricia Forney of West Springfield, MA..
