She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred; her sons, Alfred, Jr and Robert; and her siblings, Theresa Thomas, Roland Brown and Grayson Brown.

She is survived by: her parents, Elliott Brown and Una Lorene Brown (Holman); and her sons, Wayne (Denise) of Oakland and Bruce (Susan) of Alaska. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
